OH MY GOD LOOK WHAT I FOUND VDJ FOR LINUX AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
hopefully it’s not as buggy as VDJ. it’s not wanting to read the BPM on most of what i’ve played so far, but BPM is a total fucking crapshoot with the kind of music i play. it’s meaningless and beatmatching isn’t my style. i just play shit that goes together. sometimes VDJ won’t even load tracks properly and i have to spin through the whole thing manually on mute to get the sound profile. so far this new program is super intuitive about cueing which is nice because that’s one less thing i have to do when i change my mind about something at the last second.
i just got godflesh’s ‘circle of shit’ to flow perfectly into grotus’ ‘sleepwalking’.
